Logistics Supervisor – Import & Export (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor – Import & Export to oversee all inbound and outbound shipments, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate with internal and external partners to guarantee timely delivery and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Import Shipment Management – coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers; track vessels, manage customs clearance, and ensure delivery to warehouse.
• Export Shipment Management – work with sales, production and customers to prepare export documents, arrange bookings, and monitor compliance with destination requirements.
• Documentation & Compliance – prepare, verify and maintain commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, HS codes, MSDS, and customs declarations.
• Freight, Cost & Vendor Coordination – request and compare freight quotations, negotiate rates, review invoices, and monitor demurrage, detention and storage costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in UAE import/export operations.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.

Required skills

• Import/export documentation preparation and verification.
• Customs clearance procedures and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and HS Code classification.
• Shipment tracking and demurrage risk management.
• Freight cost negotiation and vendor coordination.
