Logistics Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to support daily operations of our transportation network. The role will act as a deputy to the Operations Manager and ensure safety, efficiency and KPI compliance across the delivery station.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager and step in as needed to oversee operational duties.
• Prioritize and continuously improve safety standards at the delivery station.
• Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators and delivery associates, monitoring performance and coaching staff.
• Collaborate with supporting departments to enhance logistics processes and communicate expectations to delivery service providers.
• Brief and monitor driver and associate workloads, ensuring accurate completion of administrative tasks.
• Measure, track and report daily metrics and overall workflow performance.
• Train and mentor new associates, resolving process‑related issues promptly.
• Provide flexible shift coverage, including overtime, and manage resourcing, absence and performance management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing teams.
• Background in planning, performance metrics and process improvement.
• Preferred experience in logistics and data analysis.
