Logistics Supervisor – Offshore Artificial Islands

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor will lead offshore logistics operations supporting artificial islands and related facilities. This role ensures the safe, efficient movement of personnel, materials, and equipment while maintaining compliance with ADNOC Offshore standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end logistics for artificial islands and offshore sites.
• Coordinate transportation of staff, supplies, and equipment.
• Monitor logistics contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure performance against KPIs.
• Enforce ADNOC Offshore policies, procedures and HSE standards.
• Oversee marine logistics, waste management and transportation services.
• Lead HSE initiatives and promote a strong safety culture.
• Conduct offshore site visits to assess contractor performance.
• Support emergency response activities and logistics investigations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marine, Aviation, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Professional logistics certification is a plus.
• 5–6 years of experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain management.
• Prior experience in marine or offshore logistics preferred.
• Proven experience in contract and contractor management.
