Logistics Supervisor – Operations & Team Leadership

About the role

Amazon is looking for a dynamic, customer‑obsessed Logistics Supervisor to lead teams across both AMZL (Amazon Logistics) and Fulfilment Centre environments. You will ensure efficient workflows, exceed customer expectations and drive continuous improvement in a fast‑paced operational setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in AMZL and FC environments, managing 30‑40 associates, delivery partners and assistants.
• Allocate labour, lead shift meetings, assign duties and ensure compliance with health‑and‑safety standards.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, identify root causes of performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, train and develop high‑performing teams, fostering engagement while maintaining safety standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements, conduct Dive Deep analyses and become a subject‑matter expert on core operations.
• Communicate metrics and exceptions to business and technical audiences, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage external agency relationships.
• Utilise operational software and hardware tools, support rollout of new systems and ensure associates have necessary equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or at least two years of Amazon (blue‑badge/FTE) experience.
• Minimum one year of employee and performance management experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Physical capability to push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with product.
