Logistics & Warehousing Manager

About the role

We are supporting an early‑stage mobility business in Dubai that is scaling a new electric‑vehicle operation across the UAE. As the venture moves from proof‑of‑concept to commercial deployment, we need a hands‑on Logistics & Warehousing Manager to own inventory, warehouse operations, logistics coordination and service activities.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day warehouse and inventory operations across inbound, assembly, testing, storage and deployment.
• Manage inventory visibility and asset tracking for both the warehouse and the deployed fleet.
• Coordinate inbound shipments, freight partners, customs and logistics providers.
• Develop and improve warehouse processes, reporting and inventory controls.
• Support servicing and maintenance operations for deployed bikes.
• Coordinate movement of assets between customers, warehouse and service activity.
• Work with internal teams to enhance inventory systems and operational tracking.
• Build scalable processes to support rapid business growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics or supply chain.
• Strong operational ownership with a willingness to stay hands‑on.
• Proven ability to improve processes rather than just operate existing ones.
• Exposure to inventory systems, warehouse tracking or asset management tools.
• UAE experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in mobility, fleet operations, logistics, service operations or asset‑heavy environments is advantageous.
