About the role
The Loss Prevention Coordinator ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal. The role monitors surveillance systems, responds to emergencies, and conducts investigations to protect the property.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms and fire life‑safety systems, dispatching incidents to appropriate personnel.
- Provide first aid/CPR assistance to guests or employees and coordinate medical treatment paperwork.
- Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, noise, assault, food‑poisoning and other incidents, gathering evidence and reporting to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of all security and loss‑prevention reports and ensure proper documentation is released only to authorized individuals.
Required profile
- UAE national with at least 2 years of relevant loss‑prevention or security experience.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site, standing, walking or moving for extended periods and handling objects up to 50 lb unaided.
Required skills
