Lounge Waitress – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only The Palm Resort as a Lounge Waitress. You will be part of a high‑end, beachfront resort in Dubai, delivering warm, attentive service to guests in an elegant lounge setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, creating a friendly lounge atmosphere.
• Prepare mise en place and ensure the lounge is ready for service.
• Take food and beverage orders, serve promptly, and maintain high hospitality standards.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently, supporting smooth turnover.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and grooming standards throughout the shift.
• Report any equipment issues, breakages, or shortages to the Team Leader.

Required profile

• Positive, energetic attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to daily resort updates, events, and promotions.
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
