Loyalty Marketing Manager

About the role

An experienced Marketing Manager is sought to lead the marketing strategy and execution of a leading loyalty programme across the GCC. The role focuses on building brand awareness, driving customer engagement and growing business through integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social media, CRM and in-store channels. The position is based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies and campaign plans.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, CRM, ATL, BTL and retail channels.
• Drive brand visibility, customer engagement, app usage and loyalty programme activity.
• Identify opportunities for creative partnerships, activations and customer engagement initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams, agencies and business stakeholders to deliver campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer insights, budgets and ROI.

Required profile

• 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, loyalty, FMCG, consumer brands or an agency.
• Strong understanding of the GCC consumer and retail landscape.
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Required skills

• Good understanding of CRM, customer segmentation and data-led marketing.
• Strong creative, strategic, project management and stakeholder management skills.
