Luggage Coordinator

About the role

Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai, is looking for an experienced Luggage Coordinator to join its Front Services team. The role covers guest luggage activities and general task assignments, optimising delivery and dispatch times so that every guest receives an exceptional experience. The position suits someone who is highly organised, an expert multitasker and able to work in a fast, demanding environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest luggage and general task assignments, optimising delivery and dispatch times.
• Evaluate, record and report daily operational details to the Assistant Manager, Front Services.
• Ensure a fair and constant distribution of tasks to the Bellmen.
• Provide five-star service in a guest-facing environment.
• Represent Atlantis Dubai's professional image and reputation at all times.

Required profile

• Computer literacy.
• Great organisation and planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to read a social situation and deliver a first-class experience.
