About the role
We are looking for a Luxury Off‑Plan Client Advisor to join our Abu Dhabi office. The role is open to both fresh graduates and experienced agents and requires fluency in Chinese, Italian and Russian to serve high‑net‑worth clients.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify high‑end residential and investment clients, conduct property viewings and advise on market trends.
- Prepare and present property listings, coordinate with developers and internal teams, and ensure accurate completion of contracts and documentation.
- Provide prompt, professional client service, follow up on leads and build long‑term relationships with buyers, sellers and investors.
Required profile
- Proven or demonstrable sales ability with a target‑driven mindset.
- Strong customer‑service orientation, professional communication and the ability to build trust.
- High level of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail in documentation.
- Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed.
Required skills
- Fluency in Chinese, Italian and Russian.
- Negotiation and sales skills.
