Luxury Sales Director – UAE & GCC Region

About the role

We are looking for a highly accomplished Luxury Sales Director to drive growth and brand excellence across the UAE and GCC markets. The role demands a commercial leader with deep connections in the HNI/UHNI community and a proven track record in scaling premium luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business expansion plans for luxury categories including watches, jewellery, fashion, accessories, fragrance, beauty and travel goods.
• Lead retail and distribution operations, ensuring consistent luxury brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints.
• Build and nurture relationships with VIP clients, HNI/UHNI stakeholders and key partners.
• Manage high‑performance sales teams, set targets and drive accountability.
• Own P&L performance, prepare budgets, forecasts and drive profitability through cost optimisation.
• Collaborate with global brand principals to align commercial strategies and loyalty programmes.

Required profile

• Graduate degree with a full‑time MBA in Sales, Marketing, Operations or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of leadership experience in luxury retail.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Extensive network within HNI and UHNI circles.
• Strong storytelling ability and deep understanding of luxury consumer behaviour.
