Luxury Store Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Brand Store Manager acts as the primary ambassador for Prada in Abu Dhabi, driving overall store performance while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure operational excellence, and uphold the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store team to exceed financial targets, develop action plans, and monitor KPIs such as cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Maintain a strong client‑centric culture, manage client relationships, and resolve complaints to ensure loyalty and high satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and e‑commerce order fulfillment.
• Drive foot traffic through local market initiatives, events, and partnerships with influencers.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff, creating succession plans and fostering a motivated, high‑energy environment.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury retail with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong client‑service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication and team‑motivation skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, operational processes, and visual merchandising standards.
