Luxury Villas Design Manager

About the role

The Luxury Villas Design Manager is a full‑time, hands‑on position responsible for creating and delivering high‑end villa designs from concept through to handover. The role blends design execution with limited supervisory duties, ensuring both architectural and landscape outputs meet luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design luxury villas end‑to‑end, including concepts, layouts, material selection and detailed documentation.
• Produce mood boards, 3D visualisations and presentation materials that reflect a premium market aesthetic.
• Create and review technical drawings, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and coordination across disciplines.
• Collaborate with the landscape design team, providing creative input and occasional hands‑on support.
• Coordinate with sales, project, operations and procurement teams to align designs with budgets, timelines and brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven ability to design luxury residential projects and manage the full design lifecycle.
• Strong technical drawing skills and familiarity with local building authority requirements.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams, including sales, operations and landscape designers.
• Creative mindset with a focus on high‑end aesthetics and material specification.
• Hands‑on approach, willing to produce design work alongside managerial duties.
