Luxury Waiter – High-End Restaurant

About the role

The Dubai EDITION is seeking a professional Waiter to deliver an exceptional dining experience in its luxury restaurant. You will be the face of the venue, ensuring every guest receives attentive, personalised service from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, present menus and explain daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve meals and drinks according to EDITION luxury standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle requests promptly, and resolve concerns courteously.
• Maintain table cleanliness, reset promptly, and process bills accurately.
• Promote upselling opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Complete opening, closing and side duties, ensuring stations are stocked and hygienic.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, hostess and stewarding teams for smooth operations.
