M&A Senior Manager – Dubai

About the role

EY Parthenon is seeking an experienced M&A Senior Manager to join its Dubai team. The role involves advising clients on strategic transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and alliances, and supporting C‑suite decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of transactions across the client portfolio, preparing and reviewing reports and documentation for fundraising, acquisitions and disposals.
• Originate and deliver transaction ideas, identify opportunities and leverage relationships.
• Project‑manage transaction timelines, ensure quality of deliverables and coordinate counterparties and advisers.
• Conduct financial analysis, synergy assessment and financial modeling to evaluate strategic fit.
• Support business development by preparing pitch books, marketing materials and meeting with clients.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field from a reputable university.
• 7–8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking or professional services, with exposure to both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
• Proven track record of executing M&A deals and raising finance.
• Strong communication, presentation and project management abilities.
• Ability to provide strategic advice to senior executives and boards.
