Machine Learning Engineer – AI Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions that address complex business challenges. This 3‑6 month contract role is based onsite in Abu Dhabi and involves end‑to‑end model development, MLOps automation, and integration with product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Work with large, complex datasets to develop and optimise machine learning models.
• Design, build and maintain production‑grade ML pipelines covering data ingestion, transformation, training, validation and deployment.
• Implement CI/CD and MLOps practices using tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Fine‑tune and deploy standard ML, neural network, and large language models (LLMs) for real‑time and batch inference.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and data teams to integrate AI models via APIs (FastAPI/Flask).
• Deploy and monitor models on cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) using Docker and Kubernetes.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience building production‑scale AI/ML systems.
• Strong expertise in deep learning, NLP, computer vision or generative AI.
• Solid understanding of ML system architecture, model serving and performance optimisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s/PhD a plus).
