Machine Operator

About the role

This full‑time position is based at Faham’s factory in Dubai, where you will set up, operate and monitor woodworking and production machinery used to manufacture doors, closets and furniture components.

Key responsibilities

• Read and follow work orders, adjust machine settings and load materials.
• Monitor production runs, inspect finished products for specifications and safety standards.
• Perform routine inspections, basic maintenance and minor repairs on machines.
• Report equipment issues or production delays to the production and quality teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a machine operator in woodwork, furniture or related manufacturing.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, handle materials safely and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Basic reading of technical drawings or production orders and strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent and willingness to work in shifts as needed.
