About the role
The Maintenance Associate will carry out maintenance activities according to the established Maintenance Program, ensuring equipment is delivered on time to meet operational demand. Working under direct supervision, the role supports the Centre of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) and contributes to improving cost, efficiency, productivity, and asset availability.
Key responsibilities
- Perform higher‑level maintenance tasks as assigned by a Maintenance Supervisor or Technician.
- Follow the Maintenance Program to guarantee timely equipment delivery.
- Record all maintenance data accurately in Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems.
- Support initiatives that reduce Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD) and boost Maintenance Efficiency and Asset Availability.
- Maintain compliance with Schlumberger TLM standards and the TLM Competency Management System.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) projects.
Required profile
- Diploma or equivalent technical experience.
- At least one month of relevant experience.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow documented procedures.
