Maintenance Team Member – Carpenter

About the role

Join the hotel’s Engineering team as a Maintenance Team Member specializing in carpentry. You will ensure guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house facilities are safe, functional and visually appealing through skilled repairs and installations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wooden furniture, doors, cabinets, wardrobes, shelving, locks and skirting.
• Carry out minor painting, polishing, tiling, drywall repairs, silicone work and general handyman tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, conduct routine inspections and support refurbishment projects.
• Maintain tools and equipment, manage inventory of replacement items and ensure compliance with safety regulations and Hilton standards.

• Ability to work closely with the Engineering team and follow safety procedures.
