Maintenance Technician for Wireline, Trucks & Cranes

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for all mechanical work on Wireline/Slickline units, trucks, cranes and light vehicles, both in the workshop and on‑site. The role ensures equipment reliability through scheduled maintenance, rapid repairs, and strict adherence to safety and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complete mechanical maintenance on Wireline/Slickline units, trucks, cranes and light vehicles in workshop or field.
• Execute monthly maintenance programmes, complete daily, monthly and yearly checklists, and report tool or part shortages to supervisors.
• Prepare and manage spare‑part inventories, place orders, and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Provide on‑the‑job training to field crews on equipment operation and routine servicing.
• Ensure compliance with UAE, ADNOC and client Asset Integrity Management codes.

Required profile

• Diploma in a technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining slickline units, trucks and cranes.
• Familiarity with maintenance procedures and company operational standards.
• Basic spoken and written English.
