Mall Manager

About the role

The Mall Manager will own the day‑to‑day performance of one or more shopping centre assets across the UAE. This hands‑on position blends operations, marketing and leasing to drive footfall, revenue and tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned mall(s), ensuring smooth facility management and service delivery.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase visitor numbers and overall NOI.
• Build and maintain proactive relationships with retailers, identifying opportunities for lease renewals and new tenant acquisition.
• Negotiate lease terms and manage tenant contracts in line with commercial strategy.
• Coordinate with ownership, service providers and other stakeholders to align on performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in mall, shopping centre or mixed‑use asset management.
• Strong track record in tenant relationship management and lease negotiations.
• Experience across operations, marketing and commercial/leasing strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including owners, retailers and service providers.
• UAE retail real‑estate experience is advantageous; candidates willing to relocate are considered.
