About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our Ras Al Khaimah office. The role involves guiding clients through the full property transaction cycle, from lead generation to closing, while delivering transparent and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads, conduct property viewings and provide market‑based pricing advice.
• Manage property listings, prepare and review transaction documentation, and negotiate offers.
• Coordinate with landlords, buyers, sellers and investors to ensure smooth deal progression.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the Ras Al Khaimah market and build long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential or investment real‑estate transactions in Ras Al Khaimah or the UAE.
• Strong sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation and closing in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent customer‑service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and manage expectations.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation for property viewings.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using digital listing platforms.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., Word, Excel).
