Management Consultant – UAE (Emirati Nationals Only)

About the role

Efficio is seeking an Emirati national to join its UAE team as a Management Consultant. You will work on procurement and supply‑chain projects for large infrastructure and giga‑scale initiatives across the Emirates and the wider MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, interpret and analyse client data to develop recommended solutions.
• Drive data analysis, identify issues and deliver insightful findings.
• Manage multiple categories, from simple to complex.
• Guide junior consultants, ensuring adherence to Efficio methodologies.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to secure buy‑in.
• Set strategic direction, solve complex problems and tailor solutions.
• Plan and implement sourcing and negotiation strategies to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Participate in recruiting junior consultants.

Required profile

• Emirati national.
• Strong communication, empathy and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical thinking and creative problem‑solving.
• Experience in a leading management consultancy or a relevant industry role.
• Ambitious, proactive and comfortable working in a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
