About the role
The Management Trainee – Finance program is a 12‑month accelerated learning journey starting in August 2027 at Rosewood Abu Dhabi. It is designed for recent graduates who want to build a career in the luxury hospitality sector, offering on‑the‑job training, exposure to senior leaders, workshops and self‑paced learning.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Finance Department in measuring key performance indicators and providing data for quality decision‑making.
- Assist in risk mitigation, asset protection and the development of strategic solutions to drive business growth.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects, corporate workshops and mentorship sessions with senior finance leaders.
- Contribute to financial reporting, budgeting and performance analysis for the hotel.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree or higher and top academic results.
- Less than 2 years of post‑graduate work experience.
- At least two internships, or one 6‑month equivalent internship with a leading company.
- Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
