Manager - Accreditation & Compliance

About the role

The Higher Colleges of Technology is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead its institutional accreditation, re‑accreditation and compliance programmes. You will ensure the university meets all accreditation standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies through strategic planning, evidence management and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an accreditation and compliance strategy, framework and annual work plans.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise senior leadership on risks, readiness and corrective actions.
• Build and maintain relationships with accreditation and regulatory bodies.
• Lead the institution through accreditation cycles, overseeing planning, evidence collection, reporting and submission.
• Collect, validate and manage accreditation evidence and data.
• Prepare and submit self‑assessment and compliance reports.
• Track deadlines, findings and improvement actions to ensure timely closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in accreditation, quality assurance or regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience leading accreditation processes and managing cross‑functional projects.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• In‑depth knowledge of institutional accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
