About the role

ADSS is transforming its brokerage platform into a data‑driven, client‑centric enterprise. As the Manager of ADSS Trader Engineering (Web UI – React), you will lead the development of a high‑performance web trading platform, balancing hands‑on coding with strategic team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and high‑performance web applications.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, QA, and DevOps to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Provide technical guidance, make architecture decisions, and evaluate new technologies.
• Oversee testing, deployment, and security measures to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Manage workload, resources, and risks to deliver projects on time.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of web performance, reliability, and security.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
