Manager, BEM Enterprise Solutions

About the role

TAQA Distribution is looking for a Manager, BEM Enterprise Solutions to join its IT Business Engagement team. You will bridge business and IT, drive enterprise platform optimization, manage business demand and ensure technology solutions deliver measurable business value across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the strategic ambassador between IT and business, building trusted partnerships and turning business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
• Lead business engagement and continuous improvement for enterprise platforms including Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, HSE/GRC and Supply Chain & Procurement systems.
• Establish and govern IT demand management processes so requirements are prioritized, evaluated and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Drive platform adoption, change management and user enablement programmes.
• Monitor platform performance, service quality and business value through KPIs, reporting and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 9 years of experience in enterprise applications, business engagement, digital transformation or IT solution delivery.
• Experience in IT demand management, stakeholder engagement, business process optimization and platform governance.
• Strong communication, relationship management, change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Professional certifications in enterprise applications, IT service management or related fields are advantageous.
