Principal Solutions Architect - Enterprise AI

About the role

Inception AI, a G42 company, is deploying a large-scale AI program across Abu Dhabi's critical sectors, including Government, Education and State-Owned Enterprises. It is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to lead enterprise-scale AI initiatives, shape the AI strategy, lead high-impact projects and provide technical leadership. The role pioneers Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) orchestration to build scalable, secure and interoperable AI systems in hybrid and on-premise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI strategy aligned with business objectives, identify high-value AI opportunities and act as a thought leader in AI.
• Architect and oversee scalable AI solutions, multi-agent systems using MCP, and A2A collaboration frameworks across cloud, edge and on-premise deployments.
• Lead hybrid AI architectures combining Generative AI, structured reasoning agents and traditional enterprise services, and evaluate new AI technologies.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of AI projects, lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines, resources and budgets.
• Partner with leadership, product management, data science and engineering teams, and promote MLOps practices.

Required profile

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design and development, with a track record of delivering AI solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale AI projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication and strategic thinking skills.

Required skills

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid AI deployments with on-premise GPU and edge compute.
• Programming in Python, Rust or Java.
• Machine learning, NLP, computer vision and deep learning; TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Semantic Kernel.
• Data engineering, ETL and distributed data technologies (Spark, Ray, Kafka).
• MLOps and production model deployment.
