Manager, Brand Partnering (EMC)

About the role

adidas is seeking a Manager, Brand Partnering (EMC) to lead the development and execution of running, training, specialist sports and culture marketing strategies across the United Arab Emirates. The role will act as the primary liaison between adidas and its external partners, ensuring the brand story is effectively communicated through sport and cultural initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive partner strategy to grow market share in the UAE.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with running, training, specialist sports and culture partners.
• Coordinate VIK delivery, sponsor logos on kits, on‑time payments and contract benefits.
• Serve as the central interface between partners and adidas internal teams (product, brand communications, B2B, newsroom).
• Develop and execute activation plans for product launches and key moments.
• Maintain adidas reputation, build long‑term partnerships, and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Oversee portfolio budget, KPI tracking, risk management and compliance with CAF procedures.
• Participate in promotional appearances and brief contracted athletes or assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in sports marketing, brand partnership or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships across sport and culture sectors.
• Strong understanding of UAE sports and cultural landscape.
• Experience handling budgets, contracts and compliance processes.
