Manager Business Planning and Analysis - Retail Products

About the role

Emirates NBD is looking for a Manager Business Planning and Analysis for its Retail Products division in Dubai. The role oversees financial planning, analysis and performance tracking, driving financial insights, budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decisions. It calls for a strong analytical background and the ability to give clear, actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning for Retail Products.
• Monitor financial performance, portfolio profitability, KPIs, trends and variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards and business insights for senior management.
• Manage monthly accruals, account reconciliations, financial controls, audits and regulatory compliance, resolving discrepancies and aged balances.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance and Operations to support product launches, improve financial performance, manage risks and meet divisional objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning, analysis or related roles in banking, preferably Retail Products (Deposits, FX, Cards and Retail Assets).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred.

Required skills

• Strong financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with financial analysis software such as SAS and Tableau is an added advantage.
