About the role

The Manager CE & Digitalization will lead customer experience initiatives across online and offline channels, aligning them with marketing and sales strategies to enhance brand awareness for du.

Key responsibilities

Track customer experiences across all touchpoints and devices.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve services and promote new product features.
Analyze feedback, prepare reports, and deliver Enterprise NPS & BHI targets.
Drive awareness of du within the MELE segment, increasing top‑of‑mind awareness and consideration.
Coach, motivate and develop cross‑functional teams and SPOCs to achieve targets.

Required profile

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in telecom engineering, business, marketing or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
At least 7 years of experience in training management, including 2 years as a Sales Training Manager.
Strong understanding of telecommunications and sales processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Required skills

Fluent English (spoken and written).
Strong PC and technical knowledge of du’s products and services.
