Manager, CX Data & Tech (MENA)

About the role

WPP Media is seeking a Manager to lead CX Data and Technology initiatives across the MENA region. The role will shape the CX analytics strategy, guide a high‑performance team, and ensure clients achieve higher engagement, purchase and retention through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the CX analytics strategy and operational plan.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to create best‑practice processes.
• Lead relationships with technology partners, evaluating current and potential solutions.
• Represent Choreograph CX, Data & Technology at industry events and thought‑leadership forums.
• Deliver knowledge‑sharing sessions on emerging data and technology trends.
• Produce thought‑leadership articles and point‑of‑view documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum of 36 months (3 years) experience in CX analytics, data, or related technology functions.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights and representing the function publicly.
