Manager - Digital Solutions & Applications

About the role

The Manager – Digital Solutions & Applications will lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of member‑facing digital services, channels and enterprise applications for Dubai Chambers. This role ensures seamless integration, reliability and an excellent user experience while aligning solutions with IT architecture, security and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, enhancement and optimisation of digital services and channels for members.
• Oversee enterprise applications and system integrations to ensure interoperability, scalability and performance.
• Manage the full application and integration lifecycle from requirements through design, development, testing, deployment and retirement.
• Identify and implement improvements to digital journeys based on user feedback and emerging technologies.
• Manage technology vendors and implementation partners, monitoring scope, timelines, quality, SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Ensure application availability, reliability and timely incident resolution in coordination with IT Operations.
• Lead project and portfolio delivery, handling dependencies, risks and budget constraints.
• Guarantee compliance with information security, architecture, data quality and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with business functions to translate requirements into effective digital solutions.
• Lead, develop and performance‑manage the Digital & Applications team, setting objectives and KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3‑4 years in a managerial or team‑lead role.
