Manager, Feasibility & Investment Analysis - EMEA

About the role

The Manager, Feasibility & Investment Analysis will join Hilton’s EMEA Feasibility & Investment Analysis team in Dubai. The role involves delivering market and financial analyses, supporting acquisition and disposition transactions, and acting as an internal consultant to multiple departments across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market assessments, feasibility studies, and valuation of management & franchise contracts.
• Prepare financial forecasts, pro‑forma analyses, NPV and IRR calculations for new and existing hotel assets.
• Support acquisition/disposition, M&A, and debt/equity investment decisions with detailed memos and presentations.
• Supervise junior colleagues, manage project priorities, and maintain sophisticated financial and impact models.
• Represent the department internally and externally, building relationships with senior leadership and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven analytical track record in hospitality or real‑estate investment analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex findings to senior executives.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating across multiple functions.
• Passion for the hotel industry and awareness of market trends.

Required skills

• Financial modeling and valuation techniques (NPV, IRR, pro‑forma analysis).
• Market assessment and demand forecasting for hotel projects.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for complex financial calculations.
• Preparation of detailed analytical reports and presentations.
