Manager - Gaming Accounting

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an experienced Manager to lead its Gaming Accounting team for the upcoming integrated resort. The role involves overseeing all accounting functions related to gaming revenue and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily gaming accounting operations, including revenue audit, cash management, and reconciliation of gaming and non‑gaming revenues.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls and company policies.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for gaming operations.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends and recommend actions to improve profitability and cost control.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, providing required documentation.
• Supervise, train and mentor gaming accounting staff.
• Implement and improve accounting systems and processes.
• Liaise with gaming operations, cage and other departments to resolve accounting issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in a gaming or hospitality environment and 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and gaming regulations.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with accounting software.
