Manager, Marketing Strategy

About the role

The Manager, Marketing Strategy will lead ADNOC's DM&T marketing function, shaping strategy through rigorous market research, competitive intelligence and corporate planning. This senior position supports senior leadership, including the Group CEO, with actionable insights on global energy markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute market research methodologies covering oil & gas, energy and related industrial sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with leading market intelligence providers and national bodies to gather critical data.
• Lead competitive intelligence activities, manage contracts with external analysts, and present findings to senior executives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the ADNOC Group CEO, TEO and senior leadership based on market and competitor analysis.
• Contribute to the refinement of ADNOC Group’s vision and long‑term corporate strategy.
• Ensure rapid response to priority requests from government authorities and ministries.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing strategy, market research or competitive intelligence within the oil & gas or energy sector.
• Proven track record of influencing senior decision‑makers and delivering strategic insights.
• Strong understanding of regional and international energy markets, regulatory environments and industry trends.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and sustain high‑level relationships.
