Manager – Performance Planning & Policies

About the role

The Manager – Performance Planning & Policies is responsible for designing, owning, and governing enterprise‑wide HR performance, policy, and authority frameworks. This role ensures HR operates under clear governance standards, robust controls, and measurable outcomes while supporting effective delegation, compliance, and audit readiness across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Design, own, and govern the HR Balanced Scorecard, KPIs, and the end‑to‑end performance planning cycle across the Group.
• Define and standardise performance targets, metrics and measurement methodologies to ensure consistency and strategic alignment.
• Monitor HR performance outcomes, providing insights, trends and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Own the HR Policy Framework, including development, review cycles, version control and approval governance.
• Coordinate policy alignment with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit and key HR stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain HR governance standards, internal controls and compliance requirements across all HR domains.
• Own the HR Delegation of Authority (DOA) framework, defining approval principles, authority limits and decision rights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) are a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
