About the role

Banke International Properties is expanding its Abu Dhabi team and seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment of real‑estate consultants. Based in the Abu Dhabi office, you will partner with hiring managers to build pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit top‑performing Real Estate Consultants for the Abu Dhabi office.
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop talent pipelines.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure cultural and role fit.
• Manage communication and deliver an engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports and dashboards to track metrics and hiring effectiveness.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor hiring activities and salary benchmarks in the real‑estate sector.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real‑estate or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of UAE labour laws and recruitment best practices.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail and passion for people.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards.
• Familiarity with UAE labour legislation.
