Manager, Product Management & Marketing AI Innovation

About the role

Mastercard’s Marketing Services division is looking for a senior leader to drive AI‑enabled, data‑driven marketing solutions across issuers, merchants, telcos and government partners. The role will shape the product portfolio, accelerate revenue growth and position Mastercard as the preferred partner for digital acquisition and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a culture of innovation by identifying trends, benchmarking globally and introducing new tools and methodologies.
• Design and launch AI‑powered marketing solutions that integrate Mastercard’s data assets, advanced analytics and technology platforms.
• Scale solutions across traditional and emerging ecosystem partners to drive portfolio growth and client profitability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into product specifications and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics, KPIs and ROI to continuously improve product offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in acquisition and engagement marketing, preferably within the payments or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of card portfolio growth drivers and relevant performance indicators.
• Demonstrated ability to lead innovative, data‑driven initiatives using AI and emerging technologies.
• Excellent strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
