Manager Program and Project Management

About the role

EDGE is seeking an experienced Manager to lead program and project management within its PowerTech division, overseeing planning, execution and delivery of technical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules and budgets, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for smooth execution.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Track progress, report on performance, risks and issues, and lead risk assessments.
• Conduct project evaluations and implement improvements for future initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience managing full lifecycles.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• PMP certification and engineering degree are advantageous.

Required skills

• SAP (or other ERP) proficiency.
• Strong use of project management software/tools.
