Manager, Program Engineering

About the role

The Manager, Program Engineering will lead the Program Engineering function within Operations & Maintenance, driving reliability, efficiency and profitability of wind and solar sites across the country. You will spearhead improvement initiatives, conduct root‑cause analysis and develop robust processes and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Improve reliability, efficiency and profitability of renewable energy sites through systematic initiatives.
• Lead root‑cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and refine engineering processes, procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate with Operations & Maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee program engineering projects from planning to delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical, mechanical or operations engineering.
• Preferably 4 years of experience managing people.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized and self‑motivated.
• Experience with power plant system controls (preferred).
• Proven ability to implement engineering best practices.
• Project and program management expertise.
