Manager Qualification and Retail Talent Management

About the role

The BMW Middle East Team seeks a Manager Qualification and Retail Talent Management to drive the implementation of qualification and talent strategies across BMW and MINI importers in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for qualification standards and network requirements across all business areas.
• Develop and steer retail competency frameworks, training centre capabilities, and employer branding initiatives.
• Guide markets on talent attraction, recruitment, development, and retention, ensuring alignment with importers and partner networks.
• Manage training needs analysis, design individualized learning paths, and oversee budget and vendor management for training programs.
• Oversee the training centre budget, facility management, and compliance with audit standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields.
• 6‑8 years of experience in training and HR development, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.
• Proven ability to benchmark best practices, steer external partners, and drive change in a multicultural environment.
• Strong project‑management, analytical, and communication skills.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with budgeting, business case development, and vendor management.
