About the role
We are seeking a Manager to lead our Quality and Risk Management function. The successful candidate will design, implement and govern enterprise‑wide risk, quality and continuous‑improvement frameworks, ensuring compliance with international standards and operational resilience across all business units.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, reporting and governance.
- Establish Business Continuity Management (BCM) plans to guarantee operational readiness for disruptions.
- Own ISO and quality certifications, ensuring audit readiness and continuous alignment with international standards.
- Lead internal and external audit programmes, driving timely closure of findings and sustainable corrective actions.
- Define and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO and EFQM frameworks.
- Drive a structured Continuous Improvement (CI) program, managing the CI pipeline and tracking efficiency gains.
- Design and govern enterprise KPI frameworks and performance dashboards.
- Implement risk and internal control frameworks (e.g., RICS) with clear risk appetite and escalation mechanisms.
- Lead process re‑engineering initiatives to improve service delivery, productivity and cost efficiency.
- Digitalise quality and risk processes through audit tracking, risk registers, KPI and CI logging systems.
- Manage stakeholder feedback mechanisms and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Promote a culture of quality, risk awareness and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in enterprise risk management and quality management systems.
- Strong governance mindset with ability to implement policies and control structures.
- Demonstrated track record of leading audit and compliance programmes.
- Experience driving continuous‑improvement initiatives and process optimisation.
