Manager - Security Systems & Data Center

About the role

The Manager – Security Systems & Data Center will lead the planning, implementation and ongoing operation of physical security solutions and data‑center infrastructure. You will ensure the safety of facilities, the integrity of critical data and the reliability of IT services across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of data‑center facilities and physical security systems (CCTV, ACS, PAVA, FAS, RIDS, FIDS, etc.).
• Conduct risk assessments and design security measures to protect data and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues within the data centre.
• Participate in disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity planning, testing and execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate emerging technologies.
• Provide leadership during security or data‑centre incidents.
• Maintain documentation, diagrams and procedures for all systems.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and oversee procurement of hardware, software and services.
• Lead a team of data‑centre engineers, offering mentorship and technical guidance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for technology upgrades and integration projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Engineering or a related field.
• 8‑10+ years of experience in data‑centre and physical security system management.
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as HIPAA, PCI‑DSS and SOC.
• Excellent English; Arabic is a plus.

• CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Public Address & Voice Alarm (PAVA), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Radar Intrusion Detection Systems (RIDS), Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS).
• Data‑centre operations, disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity planning.
• Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, backup solutions.
• Network infrastructure, public‑cloud platforms and IT hardware.
• Vendor management and contract negotiation.
