Manager - Solutions

About the role

Presight, an Abu Dhabi-based big data analytics company powered by GenAI, is looking for a Manager - Solutions. The role designs and implements innovative solutions to solve complex business problems for clients, working closely with sales, partners, product and technical teams to understand customer needs and propose the right technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the sales team to promote products and solutions, prepare high-quality slides, demonstrations and business storylines, and conduct market research.
• Identify client needs and design effective solutions using in-house or partner products and services.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and detailed solution architectures to customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure solutions are viable and implementable.
• Provide technical support during pre-sales, including technical responses to RFPs and RFIs, and act as liaison between customer, sales and technical teams during implementation.
• Enhance the partner ecosystem and stay up to date with industry trends and competitive products.
• Take part in trade shows and conferences, and give field feedback to internal teams on product, selling and competition.
• Comply with QHSE, business continuity, information security, privacy, risk, compliance and governance policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Manager, Solutions Engineer, Sales/Pre-sales Engineer or comparable role in a tech company, in Government, Enterprise, Finance, Energy or Utilities.
• Strong technical background covering software, hardware and networking systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, presentation and communication skills, and willingness to travel as required.
