Managing Associate (6+ PQE) – Dispute Resolution

About the role
The Managing Associate will join the Dispute Resolution team in Dubai, handling high‑value cross‑border litigation and arbitration matters across the UAE and GCC. The role offers the opportunity to lead significant disputes, supervise junior staff and work directly with senior clients.
Key responsibilities
- Take day‑to‑day ownership of complex disputes and workstreams, including supervising junior associates.
- Coordinate counsel, experts and manage client communications across multiple jurisdictions.
- Oversee due‑diligence processes and ensure high standards of client care.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer with 6+ years post‑qualification experience in a leading international dispute resolution practice.
- Strong commercial litigation background, preferably with substantial court experience.
- Demonstrated passion for dispute resolution and ability to manage competing priorities.
Required skills
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organisational, prioritising and project‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
