Senior Legal Advisor / Legal Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Advisor/Legal Manager to lead our legal affairs across contract law, corporate, real estate, investments, compliance, and dispute management in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory on Local & DIFC laws and corporate/commercial frameworks.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts including shareholder agreements, investments, NDAs, MOUs, and vendor/service agreements.
• Advise on real estate matters, RERA compliance and related disputes.
• Ensure corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Manage litigation, disputes and liaise with regulators and external counsel.

Required profile

• Law degree from a Common Law jurisdiction (UK, Australia, Canada, etc.).
• 7–10 years of legal experience, including 2–3 years in the local/DIFC market.
• Strong expertise in corporate, commercial and real estate legal advisory.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills; fluency in English (Arabic a plus).
