Manufacturing Chemist – Wet Wipes & Cosmetics

About the role

Al Enaya Wipes Packaging LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Chemist to join its wet wipes and cosmetics production line in Sharjah. The role involves overseeing formulation, quality control, and documentation to ensure high‑quality personal care products.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in formula creation, solution testing, and product development for wet wipes, cosmetics, and hygiene products.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, chemical solutions, and finished products to maintain strict standards.
• Prepare job cards, oversee liquid mixing processes, and support daily manufacturing operations.
• Maintain technical documents such as Batch Production Records, Safety Data Sheets, Certificates of Analysis, and Product Information Files.
• Monitor chemical stock levels, minimize waste, and enforce hygiene protocols on the shop floor.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience as a chemist in wet wipes, personal care, cosmetics, or hygiene product manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Immediate availability for joining.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of cosmetic and hygiene formulation.
• Quality control procedures for chemical products.
• Preparation and maintenance of Batch Production Records, SDS, COA, and PIF.
