About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and results‑driven Marketing & Communications Manager to join the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team. The role focuses on raising awareness of the DSP program across the Middle East and Africa, generating leads, and delivering high‑impact communications that build trust and engagement with partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to uncover insights and define targeting strategies for campaign planning.
• Develop positioning for the DSP program in collaboration with brand owners and local business teams.
• Execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (paid media, SEO, content marketing) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and applications.
• Manage regional campaign budgets, ensuring spend efficiency and meeting performance targets.
• Coordinate with agency partners on paid‑media execution and localization.
• Define and optimise targeting, segmentation, creative messaging, and A/B testing to improve performance.
• Automate and enhance triggered communications throughout the candidate journey.
• Report on key metrics, contributing to regular business reviews (MBR, QBR).
• Create high‑quality communications across newsletters, internal forums, events, and other channels.
• Measure communication effectiveness and use data to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional marketing experience (non‑internship).
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to use data and metrics to optimise campaigns.
• Creative thinker who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and influencing cross‑functional teams.
