Marine Foreman

About the role

The Marine Foreman will lead daily marine construction activities for projects such as piling, jetties, quay walls, breakwaters, pontoons and dredging across Dubai and the UAE. The role ensures safe, efficient execution while coordinating with engineers and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily marine works, including piles, jetties, quay walls, breakwaters, pontoons and dredging.
• Lead site crews, subcontractors and marine operators, ensuring compliance with project schedules, drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks, enforce HSE requirements and inspect completed works.
• Maintain site records, daily reports and work permits, and report progress to the project team.
• Assist in planning marine operations, ensuring environmental and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical qualification in Civil or Marine Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in marine construction projects.
• Proven experience with jetties, quay walls, breakwaters, pontoons, piling, dredging and coastal protection.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and construction plans.
• Valid UAE driving license.
